We were treated like royalty... the owners of the hotel, a family, helped us with all our tourism questions, they accomodated all our needs, and then offered even more! The room was lovely and the view breathtaking! The rooftop pool was truly an oasis! The parking was an unexpected blessing after driving the Amalfi and seeing how scarce it is. Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

The hotel is located on a very scenic spot of Sorrento, on a cliff. My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk.

Spectacular location! Stunning views from every aspect! Direct access to the sea via steps (or from varying heights by cliff diving, depending on your bravery!) - a unique, inviting place to swim, with a grotto too.
Exceptionally friendly, helpful and charming staff in this family run hotel. We stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon (road trip of Italy) - we were lucky enough to enjoy a complimentary room upgrade because of this.

Great settings and views, great to just chill but you need a car or taxi to get to Ravello centre, taxi was about €25 which we thought was quite cheep. And well worth the trip breakfast was great and bar service was good. - Being able to swim in the sea, directly from the hotel. Public transport available 'at door'. Staff helpful. Beautiful maritim

Everything, it was very comfortable and convenient. We had our cot for our little one set up nicely and a beautiful little kitchen to cook in when we felt like a night at home. Very clean and new. - The rooms were very clean, the location was great, and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is well positioned - about a 8-10minute walk from town and bus/train station but therefore away from busy streets. The view across to Vesuvius is fantastic. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a sea facing room which was much appreciated. The buffet breakfast offers everything you could want! The indoor swimming pool was also a bonus

The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
