The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. Don't let the entrance fool you. Once you go upstairs and see the rooms you will be happily surprised. The rooms are neat and tidy and spacious. Salvatore, the owner, is such a friendly guy. He is very helpfull and will point you in the right directions you need to go to. The day of the arrival you fill in the breakfast form and Salvatore will bring you the breakfast that you choose on the terrace on the roof. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends. The Management and staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all from facing and have a wonderful view over 2 bay and to Mount Vesuvius. The room were bit basic but clean and very comfortable also had clean towels every day. A ten minute walk into the center of Sorrento. At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??).
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.

The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating. The food service personnel did a terrific job including Ciro and Alphonse. They are added an immeasurable dimension to our stay. Please extend our thanks to them.

όλα καλα!!! κάλη τιμή είναι στο κέντρο αλλά όχι και πολύ καλή περιοχή μόλις νυχτώσει γενικά καλά. - Next to the railway station. They have a bar and a restaurant. I do recommend this hotel. - the hotel is very near the central station. breakfast is good. the staff introduced me to a very nice restaurant with delicious and cheap food and wine.
