I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos.
The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends. We traveled along the amalfi coast all the way to Sorrento on a 7 day trip. Throughout our trip we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and comfort the hotels provided on the coast... until we came across Magi House Relais. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. (Thank you Roberta!)

Great location in the old quarter in the center of Sorrento. Everything was perfect. The apartment was bi-level, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, which allowed us to cook a few nights and then dine out a few nights. It is also an easy 30 minute train ride from Sorrrento to Pompei and 15 more minutes to Herculanaem. Staff at Magi House were wonderful. The owner Mariano wants to make sure that you have a great stay.

Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk.

There was nothing that I did not like. Upon arrival, Maria Laura Sardella was very efficient in completing check-in and was most helpfull with information, direction, and maps of the area. A very peaceful location in a busy town. This hotel has one of the best positions in Sorrento with fantastic sea views from it's superior rooms. The walk into Sorrento centre takes about 25 minutes but the buses are very cheap - about 1.5 Euros into town. The staff in this hotel deserves a special mention as they are so helpful and courteous. The super cheerful owner-manager Claudio never runs out of energy from his multiple tasks. Alfonso's kitchen lives up to its Michelin-star'd reputation. He never fails to delight. We had enjoyed everything about Casa Vacanze Parco Del Generale. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the accomodation is very comfortable, well-furniture and clean. There is a large well-kept garden around buildings, free parking, 2 swimming pools. The location is very close to main attracts. A free beach is about 7 minutes by walking, to Forio center is about 5 minutes.
