Wonderful staff: so professional, friendly, helpful - the waiters, and also the staff on reception in particular, and also the people who cleaned our room, and the man who immediately came and fixed the air conditioning when there was a problem. This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of all nice restaurants and shops.Very helpful front desk, they upgraded me due to a mistake in their system regarding my room preference. Consider rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for a great view, they are also renovated and very nicely furnished. Great breakfast. I will definitely come back.

The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

The location and scenery were outstanding (it is located in a working olive and lemon grove- they make their own olive oil and lemoncello). Very private. Far enough from Sorrento to feel private, but close enough by bus to get downtown easily (10 minutes to walk to the bus stop/ another 10 minutes ride into town). The restaurant served the best
