Best breakfast in italy, the staff is very friendly, it is nice and quiet and Lipari is Beautiful. This was our second stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again. - Excellent service, good breakfast and nice room even. Rooms are big enough even for a family.

I loved Borgo Eolie, and hope to get back for a longer stay. Lipari is
lovely, and definitely the place to stay for a visit to Stromboli - I
spent a night on each island, and would have been much better off
staying two nights here with one of the boat tours to Stromboli.

We received a great welcome from the receptionist and felt valued guests for three days - rare. Room was spacious and nice, breakfast good (most Australians are not used to eating cake for breakfast so this is a bit of a turn-off). The first morning they had run out of bread rolls and when I inquired if there were more, they actually went out and bought some. Now that is service. We welcomed the free taxi bus to and from town and the port, but usually walked as it was not far and the climb was

We visited Lipari during the off season, which makes the hospitality atLa Giara in some ways that much more notable. We stayed in this hotel for a couple nights. Nice and clean. Really close to the Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Also really close to the port. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning lady's where quite pleasant.
We had breakfast every morning which was quite yummy!
I would stay there again. -

The property is in the perfect location. Just a few minutes from the port of LIPARI and walking distance to downtown with shopping and great restaurants. We liked everything! The owner is very friendly and helpful, offering plenty of info on the things to do and places to see. The apartment is very large and clean. It is located close to the center and yet in a quiet street, which was perfect for us. Lipari itself is a great location as there are many things to do and see. -
