Set on the lakeshore in San Benedetto, this tourist resort offers a private beach area on Lake Garda. It features 2 swimming pools, 2 restaurants and modern air-conditioned mobile homes. Scattered around the grounds of Villaggio Turistico - Camping San Benedetto, the mobile homes come with a TV, a private bathroom with shower, and a covered patio with table and chairs. A buffet breakfast is available each morning and guests have a choice of 2 restaurants. One is inside the resort and features a quiet reading area, while the other specialises in fish dishes and is on the shores of Lake Garda. San Benedetto Villaggio Turistico Camping provides entertainment during July and August and its swimming pools, one for children, are open in summer. Peschiera del Garda centre is just 2 km from the resort, which is only 5 km from Gardaland. During July and August accommodation is only available for weekly stays.

Great location with very handy and convenient public transport which means that a car isn't necessary. Would recommend visiting Sirmione to stock up on groceries as more local shops are a little overpriced. Wounderfull position directly by the lake and very good restaurant. Whilst it wasn't an issue for us, other English travellers may wish to note that the campsite has a strong German and Dutch clientele and you may find yourself to be the only English on site, but most staff speak good English!.
