It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent. The beginning was not so good- we haven't been able to reach the key holder, calling the published cell phone. But once the neighbor helped us to engage Ciro, the hotel's representative, everything became much better. that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

The hotel and our room were both charming, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and advise us on transportation connections. The 6th floor restaurant served delicious food on a terrace with stunning views of the Bay of Naples. -
