Excellent customer service, the staff all of them are great. Gabriele always helpful and polite who speaks good English.
The hotel is a good value for the money. Great location is very close to the stazion di Napoli centrale. It is extremely clean, and the staffs are very helpful. They happily accommodated my request to store my bags before check-in and after check-out, and that made my stay all the more easier. I book the hotel for the proximity from the port ( I arrived Naples on a cruise). Very convenient, 8 minutes walk off Molo Beverello straight ahead and voila'. Hotel is in the 4th floor of the building. The Staff... A plus.

Breadfast was great, fresh and generous. -
Naples is really a beautiful city. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat.
They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.
