It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent. We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great.
Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.
