  Huh, everything! The place is minimalist, beautiful clean rooms, the breakfast provided is fantastic, and the location is in the middle of a very nice shopping area. But what really makes the difference is the service. I have traveled extensively and stayed in 5 star hotels, but nothing compares to the personal treatment from the owner himself, Fi... τι λέει ο κόσμος » lippo. He definitely goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My motto is "If I visit a place, I won't go back". I think I'd - This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

  the hotel is 7 minutes' walk from the train station, the bus stops to go to Venice are 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. we stayed in the suite: a bedroom, a bathroom, a very spacious living room and a balcony. nice, new furniture.a very comfortable bed. Coffee maker, fridge/ minibar, TV, wifi worked well. We really enjoyed everything! It was our first - The hotel is a family business that make us feel like we have our own apartment in Venice itself. The room is big and so confortable. There is also a coffee machine and breakfast with a frigo in side the room. The owner is so friendly and helpful. They provide us the best Info for the trip in Venice. I really love the service. The location is perfect. Just 5 mins by walking to the bus stop to Venice and 10 mins to the railway station Venice Mestre.

So, we wanted to stay close to the airport and did not plan to visit Venice itself. (Although for visitors planning to go into Venice, Massimo takes care to transport his guests!) Corte di Venezia was perfect for our needs, and we found a perfect host in Massimo - who emailed me the day before my arrival and asked what he could do to welcome us and make our stay more enjoyable. (Arran - Massimo, Christian, and Mama Laura were amazing hosts!! From the minute that Christian picked us up at the ship until he dropped us off at the airport, we were treated like their most important guests. Every day they made certain that were were transported into Venice and back to their Villa with hints on what to see for the day.
