You cannot beat the location of this hotel - we were fortunate to have get a room with lake views. It's on the lakefront so central to everything. The breakfast looked good, lots of choices but we unfortunately didn't get to eat it. Overall, a great budget option. -

Friendly staff (local couple), excellent personal service. The atmosphere is more like a BandB than a hotel. Breakfast was very good, and the entire hotel was clean and well cared for. - Very friendly, helpful owners who took pride in their hotel. Glass of prosecco on arrival - a nice touch. A well run hotel with great friendly and efficient staff. They have two good restaurants. Upstairs is a gourmet quality one with nice balcony seating in good weather. The street level restaurant has a great view of the lake, the piazza and the promenade. It is a good spot for families. The service in both restaurants is excellent as is the food.

Everything was perfect with this boutique hotel. We stayed in room 7 which has stunning views from 4 windows in the main bedroom and another window from the bathroom. clean simple and stylish modern decor and great soundproof windows if you want complete quiet. Breakfast on the small terrace overlooking the little street, perfect start to the morning. Great breakfast food and good coffee. Staff were all smiles very friendly and gave excellent service at all times, everything was easy...a rarity
