  Excellent hotel run by a lovely family. The family made us very welcome and were very friendly. For example, our evening menu was written out for us in english and italian. The room was clean and had a balcony with a view of Marmolada. The bathroom was... Shiny! With a pretty powerful shower which was nice after a day hiking. The evening food was ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » excellent and definitely worth the money. Three courses with a choice of three plus buffet salad. The choices changed everyday and there was always at - The hotels is operated by family (I think) It is good atmosphere and cozy. All staffs are very kind and help us a lot. The dinner they serve is good and good vaule for money including volume. Especially home made sweet is excellent. I recomend travelers have dinner in this hotel as well. Over all we satified with this hotel and want to come back to this hotel again.

  Other reviews captured the details about what we can say about Sol e Nuf. We add the following. The Serrai hike upstream is magnificent -- S&N provides a tourist card so you don't have to pay the entrance fee. But don't stop there if you have the energy. Take the hiking trail that starts at the top of the Serrai (btw -- you can drive to this s... τι λέει ο κόσμος » pot and proceed onward). It will take you past a camp site, a farm where you buy cheeses from cows that graze these meadows, and then to the southern - Sol E Nef, is a welcoming apartment, with a worm welcoming staff, which will help you in all your needs, while in the same time they respect a lot the costumers privacy. It is a very clean and tidy apartment, with all the basic needs. Definitely recommended to all.
