Good, silent room. Good breakfast with nice tea, coffee, pastry and fruits (we have to add additional money this breakfast). Very professional friendly staff. Very good location, just near old city gates (5 minutes walking). Public free parking is near. Easy to find.

The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. We arrived into Lucca about 5:30 pm, though the entrance door was locked, we received one email from the owner about how to enter the building many days before arriving. The owners were friendly and very accomodating. They recommended local restaurants and made reservations on our behalf for the restaurant and a taxi. The location is great, just 2 blocks from the walled city so it was convenient for us walk or bicycle to the walled city. The complementary bicycles were a great plus. There was also an area to park our car. The car dealer return was conveniently located only 3 blocks from the B&B. The main bedroom room was large and we had a private cove

The lovely villa is set in the peaceful countryside,the only sound you hear at night is the clock town from the nearby village church. The owners are friendly and courteous and always willing to help with directions and any other questions you may have. They provided us with a map of the city and pointed out the main attractions, they helped us make reservations in another city for the following night, made a suggestion for entertainment at night that we totally enjoyed. The room was tastefully done and the people are great. The garbagetrucks may wake you up in the morning so be sure to close the blinds. - It was a lovely room, very big. Shared bathroom was good and they provided soap shampoo and towels.

The room was very nice. The staff greeted us with a welcome and were very friendly. They made our stay so nice. The location was just a very short drive to Lucca. They also have a very nice breakfast that you can enjoy inside or outside as we did. This is a one of a kind B & B with its decorations. -

The villa is stunning and rooms are spacious. Loved the bathroom and shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful although are only present until 7.30pm. Breakfast was adequate with sweet and savoury options. Great value for money. -
