The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 10' walk away
from Termini and 70m away from the nearest metro station. The rooms were
small but really very clean and we had a daily room cleaning. As for the

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Federica's Home. We spent 4 nights in this converted apartment. Federica has transformed the apartment into a very homely, comfortable and modern B&B. I had mentioned in the booking that we would be celebrating an anniversary during our stay in Rome and Federica had left fruit, champagne and chocolates in our room for us upon arrival. Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the

Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is
very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee
and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We
had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get
to station.

did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual
who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and

Very Nice place with very Nice people !
The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too !

Rooms are new and well designed. There is a kitchen you can use and all the neccessary things for cooking.

The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

I recommend this place. It's quiet, near metro station. Host is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and have separate bathroom. It's not a five star hotel but for turists it's prefect place for sleep and good starting point for Rome sightseeing. I definitly would like to use this place's services next time. -
