  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern.   We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

  One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. Thank you for this wonderful stay. Auf jeden Fall, einer der besten Hotels in ganz Rom. Ar - We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)

The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.
