The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.

The Plazzo Alabardieri was a real find! It is in a great location within easy walking distance for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and bars. It is also in a very safe location. Arrival is surprising as there is no sign of a hotel from the street. Private entrance, rooms situated on 2nd floor makes it nicely private and cosy and original. Rooms in design style, very comfortable, spacious, clean. Team very nice, relaxed and helpful.

Don't be put off by the entrance. Behind the front door and up the elevator you will find a great B and B with a friendly, helpful owner in a great Naples location. A short walk to the Promenade along the water (even at night), close to an upscale shopping neighborhood but not a bad walk into the central historic district of Naples. Good value BandB.

It was a pleasant journey! The room is clean, cosy,nice see view, a outdoor swim poor in the garden, and a indoor swim poor open 24 hours. Service is great, hotel workers are very friendly and provide us many useful info. Location is perfect, we got the room toward to the sea-side with balcony. Before go to Napoli, I was very concerned about the city security, but I can tell you the place of Partenope Relais hotel located is one of the safest areas in Napoli. After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.
