We stayed there for one night. Liked everything. The room was spacious and had a balcony from which we could see the lagoon. Breakfast was real good. Wow, Wow, Wow. We had the best time. Staff so great. It was the best stay in our trip around Italy. I would recomend it to anyone. It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. The location was excellent, out of the busy area, a beautiful walk to and from the hotel to San Marco (15mins approx) with the best view of Venice that so many people will not get to see. Pleasant hotel, dead-end street, calm environment, close to the beach. Damage to the maintenance of accommodation is slightly lower than the desired level, should paint due to insects, it is not screened windows. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, the staff is anxious that I recommend.

It was a very comfotable hotel and very near to the bus and vaporetto to Venice. The stuff was very polite and the room really splendid with a marvellous view to the lagouna. Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist
hassle and just 5-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far

The location is extraordinary, not possible to see Venice in a better way with children.
Staff fantastic, friendly, heartfelt, did the extra to make our stay magnificent. Perfect house keeping, concierge and room with welcome drinks in the room for parents and kids. Food and drinks delicate. Well selected toilet amenities. -

The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone. -
