This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. -

They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.

excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

Very good location in the center of Lido. Nice surroundings. Very full breakfast. The staff is excellent! Rooms with the antique furniture and very nice. - nice room with a view, bird chirping outside, we had a balcony with a view of the strieet, and close to the beach, 2 blocks from the water ferry

Professional, friendly and helpful staff, (there was ALWAYS someone available to help!) quiet hotel and lovely library and parlour for use by guests. The apartment is like new. Lovely rooms and courtyard. Staff was very helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They were very professional and kind. We all truly enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfotable hotel and very near to the bus and vaporetto to Venice. The stuff was very polite and the room really splendid with a marvellous view to the lagouna. Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist
hassle and just 5-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far
from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through
Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto

Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything.
