  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station.   I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus. The silence inside the hotel made for ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » a pleasant surprise thanks to the fact that the building can be found on a narrow street, far from the boulevard. - The staff are amazing, everyone so friendly,especially manager, she went beyond the call of duty for me and other travellers!
