Antonella is an wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in Rome was a pleasant one. She has a wealth of local knowledge that she is happy to share with you and genuinely wishes her guests to make the most of their stay in Rome.
The room we had was clean, comfortable and has a private bathroom just across the hall.
Al 138 Townhouse is a short walk from Trastevere a suburb of Rome that boasts many restaurants and bars to try.

I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Roberto, the landlord, is a very friendly and a helpful man. He makes you feel comfortable just like being at home. The location is ideal and safe to discover the trastevere district (many bars, restaurants...lively place at night). The hotel is very clean, bedroom service was very good.

ολα. ειναι ενα καταπληκτικο ξενοδοχειο με φοβερο design. το προσωπικοειναι ευγενεστατο, το δωματιο ηταν πεντακαθαρο και καθε μερα μασαλλαζανε σεντονια και πετσετεσ. το ξενοδοχειο ειναι 100 μετρα απο στασητραμ που σε 5 λεπτα σε παει στο κεντρο, επισησ ειναι 5 λεπτα με τα ποδιααπο το κεντρο του trastevere. το πρωινο ηταν απιστευτα πλουσιο. - Εξαιρετι

Location: 15 minute walk to cafe/restaurant area of Trastevere, beautiful small park across the street (Villa Sciarra), beautiful huge park 5 minute walk away (Villa Doria Pamphilli)...one of the prettiest city parks I've ever seen. Safe area all around.
Staff was great, facilities were comfortable. Patio/garden area were great. I've been to Rome 6 times and each time was in the Historic areas...Trastevere was a nice change of pace and much cheaper.

The staff was amazing--the hotel itself was beautiful. Everything worked, the free internet saved me money, transportation was accessilble, and staying in the Trastevere was a delight. Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned. A nice, friendly, comfy and clean place in the most cosy part of Rome. A lots of nice restaurants and cafées just around the corner. I just love to take my breakfast ticket

We stayed at the B&B Hotel Roma Trastevere twice during our visit to
Italy. Overall, we thought the accommodations provided a lot of value
for the money. Our first room was quite small, with a very tiny
bathroom, but comfortable overall. The tram to the city center is right
outside of the hotel, making it convenient to get to the heart of Rome

We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. There are budget friendly
cafes -
It´s really close to the Trastevere railway station with the direct connection to the airport which is relatively fast and very comfortable.
The hotel is brand new and in modern style, mattresses are perfect and the rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and toilet paper included:)
Be aware of the code on the door which you must not forget. The receptionist will write it for you on the card which you have by yourself all the time which is also convenient so you don't ask the staff every time you

I liked the style and comfort of the hotel, the kindness and service of staff, good breakfast and interesting position in suburb of Rome to be discovered though not always easy for joining Metro line.

We had not wanted to stay right in the centre of the city the situation of this hotel was great, nice and relaxing after walking all day. Local bars/restaurants great and bus down to town very easy.Breakfast was excelent and the staff very helpful. We would stay again. - Wonderful staff, great breakfast, comfortable room.
