receptionist was amazing, family run establishment. Small place, good location can walk to city and enjoy Florence till late with no problem to get back. The room is tidy, clean and beautiful with a very high ceiling.
Wi-Fi is working strong.
Close to important squares, and nearly to an evening meeting point.

everything！！！It is so value for money!!! you pay a price for a hostel but get a service of a 3 to 4 star hotel! The room is so nice and cozy with lovely decoration. You even get a fridge in the room and free milk and yogurt everyday! There is a small food counter where you can help yourself to cakes, cereal, milk and fruits no matter when. Breakfa

The decor and the appearance of the manager made the B+B seem classy, especially compared to other residences.
The breakfast was served in room with yoghurt, croissants (prepacked) and crispbreads. Down the hall you could also make coffee and cereal, fruits and toast.
The manager was very friendly and helpful.
The room had air-con and WIFI too.
All in all, great place.

if i could rate it more than 10 .. it deserves a 100, Micheal is the owner, concierge and chef, hes very professional , friendly and helpfull. he serves breakfast with a different new item every day like smoked salmon or eggs, very rich and delicious breakfast, our room was very spacious and comfortable with bath tub and window on the back yard, v

It s best hotel choice we made in our trip to Italy. The location is not far from the city center. The room is very new, cozy and beautiful, every last detail is perfect. the breakfast buffet, in my opion, has a very high standard sellection of local products. On top of all these, the couple who owned the place are extreamly friendly and helpful, giving us a little instruction of florence on arrival and helping us on our dinner resevations. Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem
with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same
bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the
center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great. WiFi is
working perfectly. -
