computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising.
We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

Very good price to quality ratio. A hungarian lady who worked there was
very nice and there was no problem in communication even though she
spoke litlle english. Breakfast was good, but sweet only. Kitchen is
awailable all day to have a coffee or tea.

This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building.
The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds.
This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Great location if you want to be in that part of town (which we did). -

We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Porta B&B. It is only a short walk away from Bologna metro station, and three stops from Termini. My room was pleasant, and there was even a fridge and a microwave in the room. Breakfast was provided at the bar around the corner; a coffee/cappuccino and a sweet pastry. The area felt safe, and I had no worries

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from the metro station Bologna.
The railway station Triburtina only 1 metro station (direct connection to the airport). Close to the hotel there is also a supermarket (Tuordi) when you can buy cheap. The breakfast is served in a bar near the hotel - you can choose any cake as well as cappucino or mineral water. Good value for your money.
