  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th.   Tomas was excellent. Our plane was late and he waited for us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had an early departure and he ensured that we had a full breakfast.   Great place for the value. The idea is not to spend most of your time in the room while in Rome! It was very clean, it was easy to sleep and the staff were very friendly! The only thing I felt was missing was a little table the rather spacious common area to eating your breakfast at.   We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable. She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the room with ice for my ankle and a tray with hot tea and cake. She also gave us great advice on places to eat. Casa di Eddy is located wonderfully - The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a central location to vis
