Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to

I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

Close to shops. - I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and
helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation
at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children
