η εξυπηρετηση το προσωπικου - We loved our stay at Rosabianca.Everything was more then perfect.The hotel is lovely and excellent situated very close to the city center, beach and in a green and relaxing area.The stuff was extremly friendly and willing to make us feel perfect.We felt like home. If it were after us we wouldn't have return back home.

Hotel was great value and brilliant location right in the centre of
everything. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention
must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at
the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I
have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four
seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly
adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.

Good value for money. Was upgraded to a beach view jr suite when I arrived as the hotel was not too busy. Very nice gesture.
Staff all very friendly. Rooms nice if not a little strangely laid out.

Had a very small problem when I took a shower and the door fell off. The problem was rectified within 5 minutes and I was put in another room with absoluely no fuss. Staff were superb and hotel had secure parking. Swimming pool on the roof overlooking Rimini beach was spectacular. Rooms were of the usual excellent Waldorf standard.

First of all the staff. They are fantastic! Very nice, friendly and sincerely helpfull. The hotel itself is quite new, so the finishing and furniture are still fresh. The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.
