  Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. From termini it is not so far and we easily located it. I dont know w - Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.

  We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night.   very clean room! Nice neibourhood and close to the bus (3 stops to the Colloseo) and metro station. Very good place to discover Rome and Vatican. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee they served was the best
