I am totally satisfied with this booking (the hardware, the service,
location, the pricing). I should say this is the best hotel I've
ever lived during the past 20 days vacation in Italy and Greece.
Unlike the rooms of most hotels in European tourist cities, the room offered by this hotel is quite spacious.

The strongest points of this hotel are the owners/staff and the
location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it.
Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails.
The location is great, if a bit hard to find (if you're relying on GoogleMaps, that is -- get a REAL map!). It's a few meters away from Piazza di Signoria (which is right next to the Galleria Uffizi) and

The hotel was intimate, friendly, and the very unigue decor was fun for the kids. It met our needs and had the European feel we wanted. Very nice location,just 5mins from train station,everything is within walking diastance.
The room is beautifully decorated,very Florance style.Even with a TV.
Nice breakfast everyday.
The staff is exetremely friendly and helpful.They clean the room tidyly every day.
Everything is perfect.
No.1 in all the places I've been staying in Italy for 10 days.

The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

The location is perfect! The room was big, even though we did not have a bathroom in the room, we had to go trought corridor, it really didn't bothered. Great guest house. -

We loved having an apartment where we had the option to eat local food that we bought vs eating out. We loved the view and the cheerful colour of the apartment and the location, close to the Domo. And our hostess Alexandra was bubbly and friendly and we felt at home.

The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. The location is great by the train station and still a convenient walk to the Duomo. The bed was firm, which I like, and room very clean. We had the pre-packaged

Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet.
Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access.
Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.
