Can be agree, that it`s a good and more modern place, than you can find usually in Italy for small price. It is like a private room with your own bathroom in a big flat. Good room, good bathroom, really. In small hotels usually there is a problem with water - it`s cold or going down bad. It`s not about this place :) Everything work good. It`s really like some other world from Italy :)

Was easy to find and very close to the city center. Also the breakfast was more than fair and there was great variety of dishes. The hotel morning stuff was very kind and patience. Great location fo fair price. I did enjoy my staying. - The location was nice.

You might consider adding history/culture/art to your list of
characteristics considering that It's Siena we'r addressing. The
hotel itself was wonderfully located so far as I was concerned.
Everything was very accessible. Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the
facility was superb. Proprietress and staff very gracious and friendly.

10 минут пешком до исторического центра. Комната простая, но чистая со своим душем и туалетом. Своя парковка. Правда, нужно иметь в виду, что въезд на паркинг с другой улицы. Но после заказа я получил письмо от хозяина Франческо с описанием. Wi-Fi. Приехали мы раньше официального времени Check-in. Нас встретила горничная Алла, говорящая по русски.

be certain to notify him of your arrival time. The accommodations are
basic and budget oriented. The room was sparse of decorations; but
clean, neat and livable. It is an easy 20 minute walk downhill from the
central train station with luggage. Plan for the uphill return trip if
you don't take luggage. And it is within easy walk of the old city.
