The hotel is a nice mix of modern and old. The rooms are nicely appointed-the bed is relatively comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and the breakfast area is nice-particularly if you can sit in the courtyard. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it sits right in the Piazza so it was a great launching point. The room was quiet because it did not face the Piazza so keep this in mind when booking. The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.

Breakfast was good with beautiful views from the top of the hotel of the city. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Florence train station. Hotel was easy to find & has an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had a large room that did not have any street noise. We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Very comfortable, stylish and spacious rooms. The garden is specially nice and the pool was a hit with the children. Excellent price/service ratio. - the staff were great , the hotel was amazing -- a very pretty hotel in excellent location
