  We arrived very early and tied preparing to wait until the time our pre-booked standard room was available. We were immediately placed in a superior room at no extra cost. The hotel staff made us feel welcome right from the start of our stay and all our needs were met without our asking.   Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. It should be more than a 2 star hotel for sure. At the end of my stay I asked if I come back could a discount perhaps be arranged and the owner said yes! Great stuff.
