1) Good location: though the hotel owner said it's walking distance from Termini train station, however, we took the Metro from train station once bought the Rome Pass. Took Metro Line A, and get off at Manzoni, the hotel is just 5 minutes by walk. It locates at residencial area, thus, it's not as noisy as train station area.

Very kind and friendly staff who want to do everything to make the guests feel at home(we had been there for 11 days and one day we must go out at 7 a.m. and did not have time to have breakfast, the staff arranged us to have the breakfast by ourselves. The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy!
