Domus Demi is a small hotel with a really good location - it's actually in the historical center-center of Napoli. The hotel is not so far from the train station and from the Alibus station (which goes to the airport) - 15 min walking. Also one of the biggest shopping street is near - 10 -15 min walking.

Very clean and exceptionally friendly little B and B in a great area. Seemed a little bit difficult to get to but was central to everything. Pasquale, the owner, was very helpful (only speaks Italian) and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed in this great B&B for four nights and had the best time. It was comfortable and in a great location in the heart of the old centre. You can walk everywhere and the best pizza is just 50 metres away! Paola, our hostess, was fantastic. She was very helpful, giving us tips and advice and every morning she was there with a scrumptious breakfast. (Everyone needs to try the local Sfogliatelle - very yummy!). The location is perfect, the area is safe, max. 10 min. walk to the dome, about 15 min. walk to the port, 20 min. to Via Toledo. The hotel is smart, very clean, really good value for the price you can use everything in the kitchen, the host is really-really nice and helfpul, even if they doesn't speak much English, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Actually, this hotel is reconstructed from an appartment. There are 3 rooms in one flat with private bathroom and toilette. and also one salon for share and breakfast. The host leave the food, tea, coffee in the salon. the location is near the histrical center, very convenience. I think it's good value for money.

This is a clean and cheerful B&B. What makes it special is Bruno's friendly helpful attitude. From our first arrival he carried our large suitcases up the stairs for us. Gave us handy tips for pizzarias and trattorias to eat at and welcomed each morning with friendly conversation and great coffee. -

The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening. We loved the extraordinary ceilings...the sense of age...walls 2 feet thick, ceilings about 30feet high,.

This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.
There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was in a square round
