The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. The location was superb. We could walk to the train station, to the port, to the shops, to the sights and the restaurants. We were a family of four with two children (9 and 12) and our accomodation suited us very well. we had two adjoining rooms with 2 bathrooms and plenty of closet/drawer space. The Hotel located on main street, with the university view, with noise insulated windows (it is very quite in the room). 5 minute walk from the metro station. Very close to the main sites of the old quarter.
10 minute walk from the marina Molo Bevellero.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the receptionist are kind and helpful. The breakfast diverse and plentiful.

that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

Carmen, my hostess, was superbly welcoming, and extraordinarily helpful with making suggestions suited to my interests. My room was large, beautifully decorated, had great wi-fi, a terrific view over Piazza Dante, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. -
