1) Good location: though the hotel owner said it's walking distance from Termini train station, however, we took the Metro from train station once bought the Rome Pass. Took Metro Line A, and get off at Manzoni, the hotel is just 5 minutes by walk. It locates at residencial area, thus, it's not as noisy as train station area.

At Home Townhouse, is an excellent b & B. Great room with fridge
stuffed: iorgurte, soft drinks, juices, beer, champgne, all super fair
price. In my stay with wife nothing was charged for Katia and Pina.
Speaking of them, are two people who do everything to make u feel

I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. Close to shops. - I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

Barbara and Stephen were wonderful hosts. They explained how to easily move around the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. -
