Cristina is the most helpful host we ever encountered: speaks splendid english and helped us with all the information we needed. The room was sparkling clean and the towels changed daily. The location was very suitable for a peaceful stay: very quiet during the night, 10 minutes walking distance from the Dome and still away from the center crowds.

The main advantage of the hotel is its hostess Christina who is extermely friendly and charming. She also speaks English well and is always affable.
The room was big, comfortable and clean. The same I can say about a bathroom. The breakfast was good for Italy (coffee, fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurt).
The hotel properly is close enough to Santa Maria Novella train station, the most city sights and Mercato centrale.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We got the room with a backyard view which was relatively quiet. I can imagine the street view rooms can be quite noisy. A 3-4 stars hotel room inside a traditional hostel (room 355 for 4 people) notwithstanding it's a place for young people. Very nice! 10 minutes walking from Florence Santa Maria Novella Railways station, 10 minutes from Duomo of Florence and Giotto Tower, 15 minutes by bus from very cheap car parks.
