Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the room with external bathroom, which was absolutely comfortable as the bathroom is just 2 s

The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view
of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You
just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of
wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there
in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the
near by college) and all the historic sites.

Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch.
This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building,
not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't
be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could
find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

The area in which the hotel was situated was brilliant. So untypical but suurounded by some good restaurants and bars and easy access to the usual haunts of Rome either by walking or by using public transport.

ειναι παρα πολυ καλη περιπτωση.και με αυτα τα χρηματα δεν βρισκεις τιποτα της προκοπης στη Ρωμη. Το σημειο ειναι καλο ,το δωματιο υπεροχο και το πρωινο στο δωματιο πλουσιο. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » enjoyable - The hotel despite the name is in fact a quirky boutique property. How many hotels are there where the entrance is through an actual boutique? It has a great location yet remains quiet and comfortable. If you like run of the chain hotels you will probably hate it! If you are looking for something different give it a try. Gus will really look after you!
