Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's
also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central
station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from
hotel couple of days before I arrive.

Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

Everything was perfect!!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for you to sleep and keep your luggage. The fact that it's near the railway station but not one of the
railway station hotels. It's hidden away, very quiet and has a
fantastic elevator and outside sitting space. The staff is friendly,
funny and genuinely nice. Also there is a solo rehearsal hall on the
ground floor, so where else can you hear excellent live opera arias
while having coff

The location was great. Within a 5-10 minute walk from the train
station. The daytime desk manager was fantastic! He was so helpful with
what to do and where to go. I even walked from the hotel to the Forum
and Colosseum. Took about 20 minutes but not a bad walk. Hotel is also
close to great shopping and restaurants. There is a little pizza place
down the street that serves pizza and a drink for 3.50 Euros! I would
stay here again!!

Buffébreakfast excellent, not just toast and tea/coffe - The location of this hotel was excellent. It was very close to most of the major sites that we wanted to see. The breakfast was great! We woke up late one morning and were on our way out to buy breakfast and they brought the breakfast items back out so that we could eat there - we didn't even ask them to do this.

This apartment had everything we needed... except a kettle.... It was in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Our host, Gian Paolo, was welcoming and helpful. We ate at many local restaurants, walked to all the incredible historic sites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome! We walked down many other streets with some uneasy feel
