was never anyone up there - we were able to take photos and just relax.
The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday.
THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Florence train station. Hotel was easy to find & has an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had a large room that did not have any street noise. We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day.
