I can't say enough about the Orlando Palace Apartments. First, they are actually apartments. You have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. The apartment was comfortable and the staff were accommodating in
helping me choose the best option for my 24 year old daughter and
myself. We were able to access the apartment on arrival, which has not
happened at some other apartments I have stayed at in Europe. Numerous
restaurants were in walking distance. Having a washing machine is a real
bonus when one has been travelling for a while. The weather was warm, so
our clothes dried quickly. A clothes dryer would be an excellent

This hotel was quite simply one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The sheer delight of being in such a historic building, beautifully restored with spacious rooms and excellent facilities was a treat not to be missed. Breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect being both quiet but within an easy walk of all the main sights of Florence,

Room size was considerably amazing as a double economy that could fit 4 double beds iside. Original features and interiors, lovely 15th century palazzo which has a more personal feel than a hotel. Chic without being expensive and snobby. -
Staff totally responsive when had an air conditioning problem. Staff
were very helpful and able to answer all our information requests. Room
perfectly suited our needs - staff responded to booking request to
provide room away from noise.

My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

This hotel is in a spectacular building and location. I stayed here
based on the reviews of the roof terrace, and it was just as wonderful
as others stated. We went up a few times throughout our stay and there
was never anyone up there - we were able to take photos and just relax.
The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The staff was incredible!!! everyone was so kind and accommodating. you could tell they loved florence and were very happy to share with you suggestions, tips, and itineraries. The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

We upgraded our room for a (discounted) 35 Euros per night. We stayed in "The Tower" which was a room on 3 floors with an old stone winding staircase. It was incredible. The top floor (the bedroom) had 360 degree views of Florence for miles. Very romantic and very comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful hotel right in centre of old Florence. Everything you would want to see is just a short pleasant walk away. Our deluxe room was very big, clean and comfortable with a frame bed and huge couch. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of dishes. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast staff even remember what you like and bring it without asking. My wife and I stayed for six nights and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there.
