They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.

This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms
were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

A very comfortable and ejoyable stay..10 from me - the location was superb, central to everything, we walked everywhere and right back at the hotel in no time. bascially across the street from the train station. Breakfast was good with beautiful views from the top of the hotel of the city. Staff very attentive and friendly, the conceirge at the front desk the day we arrived was excellent in helping to show us where to go and where to eat.

Location...a side street which is a few hundred yards from the Cathedral
in one direction and Michelangelo's David (Museum) in the other,
within walking distance from the railway station and everything else in
central Florence.

Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire
Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.

We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.
