  Being a family of 5, having 2 rooms with bathroom all within our flat was great. Breakfast was fine and suited everyone. Jennifer very accommodating in our arrival and leaving our luggage prior to departure. Air conditioning effective. Close to bus stops for airport. - The rooms are very nice and modern.   The room is very nice and clean. There is a lift so you don't need to carry your bags upstairs. The location is perfect - 5-10 minutes from major attractions and 15 minutes walk from Pisa Central railway station. Luca, the owner, is really very helpful and friendly. He speaks English and Russian reasonably well. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and very good. As it was the end of January we were not affected by any mosquitos. Will certainly return. - We had a lovely stay at the this hotel. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite which, as we were staying for 6 nights, was a real benefit. The breakfasts were great, the pool wonderful and the staff really helpful, going so far as to take us to the airport when our taxi didn't turn up!

  We stayed at Two-Bedroom Apartment with balcony. - Its located in nice, quiet area like resorts with private gate to get in. - The Apart is clean and New furniture with AC. - Extremely friendly staff.
