Excellent location in the heart of Rome, very good price for high season. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Standard Italian breakfast with lovely croissants, ask for a fresh coffee, not from the machine. We asked for first floor rooms and got them. Could not fault for the price, and I would stay again. -

Room was about 100metres away from reception (different building) at the other end of building , opposite the street. Welcomed by a big roman wooden door, which was an unique experience. This is extremely well located just off the famous Piazza di Spagna and
surrounded by luxury designer stores. It is a great budget option for
the location, as most of the other hotels around there are far more

The hotel was located in a short distance from the Roma Termini station.

Location, it's great especially if one travels by train. Roma termini train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is also easy to find. In addition, you can walk to main sightseeing sites.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and are willing to accommodate your needs. The room we got was pretty spacious, which is nice especially if you have a lot of luggage.
