It was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and delivered as promised from the website. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in every respect. - Loved Vicki the night Manager. Actually all the staff were great. The location was perfect. Could walk to almost anywhere! Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

- amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window!
- extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect
- great value for money in the centre of Rome
- nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant
- we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times!
- all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

Spent 12 wonderful nights in TreviSpagna, "sister" guest house to La Papessa, approx 100 m apart on Via Del Corso in the heart of the historical sector of Rome. Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room
was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We
had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service
company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The
location is also excellent, you can walk to the Vatican, Trastevere,

Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed

Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace -
very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

Don't forget to take enough cash......it is expensive.....

We loved this place! The location is just amazing! Out the front door and 30 seconds later your at the Trevi Fountian. 2 minute walk to the via del corso, restaurants all around you and walking distance to all the major historic sites. our room was large, comfortable and spotless with good facilities. Breakfast is very good and served in your room

Very good hotel! Incredibly helpful personnel,want to thank again two girls from reception and Francesca for the amazing service. Breakfast directly into the room and it was really rich- me and my wife could not eat everything. Conditionier in the room saved us from the hot weather, which sometimes exceeded 30 celsius degrees outside. Silence, clean, superb. Placed couple meters from Trevi fountain,all historical places so close. I left this hotel with a very warm memories :) No doubt next time

Loved the location and friendly staff. This was our first experience with a B&B and all I can say is that this was just great. It's a minute from Trevi fountain, costs 8 euro from Termini by taxi.
