Hotel staff were extremely helpful - particularly getting a taxi from the station in a downpour of biblical proportions. Rooms were lovely, big bathrooms, great breakfast etc - Quality hotel - good location

The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. They recommended 2 restaurants f

Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

You probably wont find a hotel which treats you nicer in Florence. The hotel is small but the location is excellent. Porcellino Gallery is a real gem. A small boutique hotel (only 5 rooms). All with recently completed redecorations and an upscale flair. Each room having a different theme. Location is excellent. Near to all key attractions in Florence. Owners and staff were very cordial and helpful in all regards. Made us feel totally welcome and appreciated. We were very pleased with our stay and would very definitely go back.
