Hotel staff were extremely helpful - particularly getting a taxi from the station in a downpour of biblical proportions. Rooms were lovely, big bathrooms, great breakfast etc - Quality hotel - good location

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and

The room was beautifully designed and very well equipped and comfortable. The location could not have been better. There was one receptionist who was very helpful (I think he was called Giuseppe). And the breakfast was outstanding (We'd stayed at a few different places in Italy on the trip but this was by far the best breakfast). -

It is located in the heart of Florence, near all the principal touristic places. The hotel and the people working there are very nice, the rooms are really comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond what was expected. Breakfast was good with beautiful views from the top of the hotel of the city. Staff very attentive and friendly, the conceirge at the front desk the day we arrived was excellent in helping to show us where to go and where to eat.

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
