Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B.
The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room with the external bathroom was basic with queen bed, TV, little table, minibar, chair, cupboard

The bathroom was about 5-6 metres away from the room, across the reception area.

Mandy and her staff were so very helpful. The beds were very comfortable
(and large) for Europe - Actually the most comfortable we've slept
in since beginning our European travels nearly a year ago. The location
is excellent - a short walk from the train station and right next to the
Duomo. It is an easy walk to most of the sites, and in the heart of the
beautiful city. Even so, when the windows were closed, we could not hear
any of the noise from outside. We would certainly stay here again - a

THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday.
THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

the corner from the Duomo. The free breakfast was much better than
expected, and very well stocked. Even the cappuccino was good! The
bathroom was spacious clean and everything worked. For the price and
location, I'd definitely recommend this place.

Genial!! very good placed. Spectacular. In one word Great. Very good experience. High recommended. We feel like in a real palace - Location was spectacular - the Duomo was right out our window.

location of the hotel!!, large spacious rooms, renovated interior... a must stay hotel if you visit Firenze! forget small-tight rooms. this is something different. your own appartement in the center of the city. we loved it - Price very good but special offer at 150€. everything is beautiful,location great, people very nice. Service great with ever

Lovely place, airy and light. Guido goes out of his way to accommodate.
Could leave bags on day of departure and pick up anytime later. Location
is superb! -
The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. It was great for two couples, had a kitchen and a "deck" that looked out at the Duomo.

Location, and definitely Mario he´s the Best for sure! He gave us excellent recommendations and he made us feel like home, definitely the best place i´ve stayed in Europe - Mario and his staff are incredibly attentive and kind.

Perfect location. Crawling distance to the Duomo. In the heart of Florence. Loved Lorenzo and his mom Barbara. Very clean, very comfortable and included a lovely self serve breakfast. Wi-Fi was also good. We entered through an unassuming doorway, up a tiny old exposed elevator to a welcoming B&B on the forth floor. Very quaint! I would definit

The staff is well prepared and open for any flexibility as the client requires. We spoke in Italian, not sure about his other language skills. It is located in the city center, 1 minute from the dom. Breakfast is the simplest Italian - a croissant with a cappuccino at a nearby bar. Pet friendly.

We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff.
The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo.
To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case

Even though the breakfast isn't included, the unlimited amount of drinking water and cup -
We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food! We can be adventurous with our food but having the freedom to be just lazy and not go out to eat is also welcome to weary teavellers :-) Our room was charming! Bathroom linens were elegantly bunched together with silk crimson ribbons on top of our beds :-) Coffee is dispensed in wide array of choices in a vendo but mind you, they are not instant co
