They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.

Everything about this hotel was excellent - it is both close to the train station and the city centre, with a range of restaurants nearby ( helpful when you arrive at 22.00 !). We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Villa Tolomei. We had a junior suite with a fabulous view over the Tuscan countryside. Our room was vast and very luxurious. The hotel resort is a mix of both, renaissance and modern architecture. It is a wonderful jewel as a villa hotel resort. Beautiful high ceiling rooms with beautiful fresc, well designed for amalgamating both the old (restored professionnaly) and a sort of modern renaissance. Will definitely go back, the view and the Tuscany sunsets are unbelievable.
