Amazing place .
Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro .
Staing at the b&b allows you to reach any point in Rome by foot without using public transportation at all.

Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. We enjoyed, of course, the huge bubble bath with essential oils ( nothing better after a long day walking!). i definetly recommend the suite for the confort, localisati

The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely
much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton
etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for
European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and
an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. The room was even equipped wit

Residenza Torre Colonna was incredible - the facility itself is totally
unique, the location is terrific, and the people are all wonderful! We
could not have imagined a better experience. After we had checked out
and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly
communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us.

Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. Gianluca is the perfect host. Very polite, smiling all the time, great
sense of humor and gets out of his way to make your stay better. Oh!

Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous . We have finished our holiday and are back home in Australia . I miss Rome so much and the beautiful friendly people we are so grateful to the beautiful staff

Dei Borgia is a new hotel in an existing building. Lovely marble throughout. More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates.
breakfast is included & an excellent buffet with hot & cold offerings in an indoor or outdoor seating choice. Classy yet informal. Exceptional staff dedicated to customer satisfaction.
