The bed! The best most comfortable one we have had the whole holiday! The room was fantastic, airy and nicely appointed. The roof top terrace although not open yet, we were able to go up and get 360 degree views of the city and were higher than the top level of the Coluseum! One block from the Colusseum and Roman Forum and metro. Very handy spot for starting sightseeing. Friendly hosts. Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The day of departure we called manager to ask about a possibility to leave our luggage and because we were with small kids they allowed to stay until

Everything was perfect! the staff was very hepfull and the trasportation that the hotel arranged was very convenience. Very Close to colosseum and 20min walk to fontana di trevi and Pantheon.

This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome.
The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican.

This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street
near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was
met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really
nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad,
so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc,
so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via
Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew
