The hotel staff went out of their way to make our dogs welcome, and were generally very helpful and friendly. Lovely room, great location and parking next door. - Excellent location, very helpfully staff, loved the room we had an attic room on 4th floor ( superior) access to internet

I had a small single room which was simple but very clean. Loved the air conditioning. It's super close to the main town square and university quarter. A great value for the price. The staff person spoke English and was very helpful. She also made a fantastic machiato! -

Giovanni was warm, welcoming, very attentive, and helpful about the city. The room was clean and comfortable with all the provisions I needed for travel. The bed was super comfortable. - Location is pretty great, takes about a 5-10min walk to reach all the main attractions. Also this B&B is in the 3rd floor or a classic bologna building. really feels like you are part of the city.

ηταν αρκετα κοντα στο κεντρο. το προσωπικο ηταν ευχαριστο και προθυμονα βοηθησει. - Excellent staff (spoke fluent English), very clean and perfect location. - all staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. the hotel was perfectly situated close enough to walk to the centre of bologna and far enough so you got a proper feel for the area.

I thought the location of the room was excellent. I loved that it took advantage ofr the canal. I felt that in in-house internet was soooo convenient and a reasonable price. - Fantastic location. We had a big room, overlooking the canal, very clean. Nice breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Conveniently located in a wonderful city (walking distance to everything of interest, or the buses), warm welcome by the owners, very cosy house, clean, quiet and well-equiped modern design rooms with great beds and airco, and every morning a delightful fresh breakfast with a personal touch. The staff really makes you feel at home. We were truly sad to leave and will return.
